What you are booking

You are booking a free call with a member of the Sportsafe team, to talk through inspection, maintenance or installation work for your organisation. Calls are normally 15 minutes.

The call is advice and discussion. It places no obligation on you, and it is not a quotation, a survey, or an agreement to carry out work.

Confirming your booking

We will email you a confirmation once you have booked. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then contact us on 0333 300 0032 or at [email protected].

Please give us a phone number we can reach you on at the time you have chosen. If we cannot reach you, we will try once more and then email you to rearrange.

Changing or cancelling

Use the link in your confirmation email to rearrange or cancel, or contact us directly. There is no charge and no notice period, but letting us know in good time means we can offer the slot to someone else.

We may occasionally need to move a call ourselves, for instance if a colleague is on site and delayed. We will contact you as soon as we know.

Quotes and orders

Anything discussed on the call is indicative. Prices, availability and lead times are only firm once we have sent you a written quotation.
